Definition of Rituals: A Religious or Solemn ceremony consisting of a series of actions performed according to a prescribed order.
What is the reason for your ritual prescription?
Example: My reason for my ritual prescription is to prepare my self for the day ahead of me. I plan to set a solid strategy to successfully implement my intentions for the day. I’ll ask my self: What type of person do I intend to be today in my daily encounters with others? what type of attitude would I be sustaining through out the day and what energy i’d be projecting to the universe? My plan is to maintain the integrity of my strategy regardless of what I encounter today. I choose NOT to allow my preplanned mood and actions to be affected by external happenstances of the day, but instead by my own intensions.
Remember: We must commit to our rituals through self discipline. We might not always feel like following through with our rituals but through discipline we will create habits that will soon become second nature.
Through our rituals we set our daily standard for our selfs and hold our self’s accountable.
Trade in your excuses for a complete commitment to your rituals that will yield the results of you becoming the person that you’d normally admire.
Pray/Meditate: Use prayer and meditation to shift your mind to state of gratitude, because a attitude of gratitude produces more things to be grateful for. You will manifest more of the energy that you are sending out. The universe will play pin pong with you and serve you what you are serving it. Therefore projecting a attitude of gratitude will surely produce more to be grateful for. Use this time of prayer and meditation to connect and convince yourself of the truth of Gods words. God has plans to prosper you, to give you hope and a beautiful future, Remind your self that all things are working together for your good! Through your morning prayer and meditation you’ll be aligning your self with the channel of energy thats flowing directly to you from your source.

Strategy: Set your intention for the day, then set your strategy for executing this intention with excellence. Think of all of the possible obstacles that can occur within your day to detour you from your original intention, create a plan to maintain the integrity of your intension regardless of what or whom you encounter.
Set reminders to refresh your self on your original strategy throughout the day, check to see if you are applying your original intent to all of your encounters throughout the day, if your find that you are not, don’t dwell in that space instead start applying your strategy right away in the present moment. Reminder: You will not sway with the wind! You will maintain your structure!
